Note that all registrations (full and student) include conference material, lunch on both days of the conference, a dinner banquet on the first day of the conference, breakfast on the second day of the conference, snack breaks. All participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and lodging. Participants may visit the http://meetings.informs.org/DC08/hotel.html for information about local hotels

 We also suggest that ORPA 4 participants register for and attend the 2008 conference of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), which will immediately follow ORPA 4 in the same venue.
