Registration
Conference Registration fees cover :
- Conference pack (including proceedings, programme, badge, etc.)
- Lunches, coffees/teas
- Visit a Dakar main historical monuments (in particular Gorée Island)
- Administration
- Meeting facility hire, etc.
for the two days.
Important Notes
- Registration is not valid until full payment has been received.
- Registration will close on 1 Jan. 2010. After that date, registration will only be possible on site during 18 and 19 March 2010 by cash or bank transfer only.
- One registration form per person.
- Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation notices will be accepted if received before 1st November 2009 and fees will be refunded less a 13 100 F CFA (~20 Eur.) administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted but transfer of registration to another person will be accepted. Cancellations must be notified in writing.
Additional tickets for Dakar and Gorée Tour for accompanying persons may be purchased for 6500 F CFA (~10 Eur.) each- these can be prepaid or bought onsite.
